For particular porous surfaces it may be necessary to use a primer,such as soudal 150.

Preperation
With any surface used on building. It is esential to prepare the surface properly before applying the glue. It may be necessary to use a scraper and wire brush to get rid of any loose material. If there is old bird gel present, this will need to be removed.
For particular porous surfaces it may be necessary to use a primer,such as soudal 150. If the surface is greasy or oil covered, Soudal Surface Cleaner will be needed.
Gluing
In most circumstances, Avisil neitral Silicone adhesive will be the product of choice but note that this cannot be used on a damp surface.
For damp surfaces or where extra strength is rquired, we recommend Avifix. In wet conditions AQUAFIX all weather sealent can be used. On bituminous surfaces we recommend SOUDAFALT. If extra grip is required, prepare base of point system with SURFACE ACTIVATOR.
All these glues can be applied using caulking guns.
